In rendering services to our clients we must use personal information collected about them. In the representation of our clients, Shamberg Marwell Davis & Hollis, P.C. may obtain nonpublic personal information about our clients from the following sources, among others: Retainer Agreements (for example, name and address); Activity in client accounts (for example, billing history and balances); Other interactions with us (for example, discussions with our attorneys and staff on issues related to safeguarding money or securities, real estate settlement services, financial or investment advisory activities, or instruction on individual financial management); and Documentation or other information supplied to us by clients or by third parties at the request of the client.
